Yesterday, my psychologist told me that medical research shows the older you get, the easier it is to control trichotillomania. As a teenager/ in adolescence, it’s pretty damn hard to control it.
I’m 22 and I have a four and a half month pull-free streak, now new streak of 22 days and counting.
There is hope yet.
